We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultant for the Estee Lauder counter within our Whitehaven based department store.
Your job will include welcoming customers, answering questions, recommending products, and assisting with transactions.
Your new job
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
- Sales: Building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintaining a clean and organised store environment and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
- Stock Management: Assisting with stocking shelves and handling deliveries.
- Cash Handling: Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
- In-Store Events: Participating in in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
About you
- Customer-Focused: Enjoys interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
- Sales-Oriented: Passionate about selling products and achieving sales goals.
- Product Knowledge: Desire to learn about and become an expert in Estée Lauder products.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Retail Experience: Prior retail sales experience is preferred, but not always required.
Salary and benefits
- Starting wage of £12.21+ per hour
