Property Sales Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the team of a prestigious homes builder on one of their Workington developments.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and has a passion for sales.

New-build property sales experience is preferred, but full consideration will be given to candidates with strong sales experience and the right attitude.

The role

  • Welcoming and building strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Managing enquiries, generating new leads and following up opportunities.
  • Conducting viewings and presenting properties professionally.
  • Converting enquiries into reservations and sales.
  • Supporting customers throughout the sales process.
  • Managing sales progression from reservation through to exchange and completion.
  • Chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers, buyers and other parties to ensure sales progress smoothly and within agreed timescales.
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the sales and progression journey.
  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to resolve any issues that may affect completion.
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions, sales activity and progression updates are recorded.
  • Maintaining excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to completion.

Salary and hours

Hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm, Mondays and Sundays off. The starting base salary depends on experience but will be in the region of £25,000 per year plus commission of £400.00 per plot and a quarterly bonus of £2,000 if targets are met.
